Nottingham City Transport will once again be providing a special service to Splendour at Wollaton Park on Sunday 24 July 2011, with buses dropping off and picking up inside the Park!
Buses will be running at least every 15 minutes from Milton Street alongside the Victoria Centre, near John Lewis and will also pick up at Upper Parliament Street (stop U2) and then all stops along Ilkeston Road and Wollaton Road.
At Wollaton Park, buses will be stopping inside the grounds near the Children’s playground – just a short walk to the main Splendour area.
Buses will operate as follows:
- From City Centre (Milton Street): 12:00 and then every 15 minutes until 18:45, 19:05, 20:05, 21:05 and 22:05
- From Wollaton Park (Grounds, near Children’s Playground): 12:25 and then every 15 minutes until 18:25, 18:45, 19:45, 20:45, 21:45, 22:30 for end of show*
Normal fares apply, so if you’re going as a couple or a family, remember our Group Rider tickets are only £4! That’s one ticket for all your NCT bus journeys for the day – simply buy it from the driver on the day!

* Customers are reminded that last buses from the City Centre are 23:00 on a Sunday evening and you are strongly advised to ensure you are at the bus stop inside Wollaton Park Grounds in time for the 22:30 departures.
