NCT provides many different ways to find out about our routes, times, fares or any other information you might need.

The main contact point for all NCT enquiries is our Travel Centre on 0115 950 60 70.

Our Call Centre is open seven days a week, from 08.00 to 19.00 on Mondays to Saturdays and 09.00 to 17.00 on Sundays. (Hours vary over holiday periods).

If you prefer, you can visit our Travel Centre in the Old Market Square (behind the NET stop) for personal assistance with your needs. Our Customer Service Advisor is available to lend a hand if you need him.

There are also the following ways to find out information:

  • Printed timetable leaflets for all services – available at more than 230 outlets
  • Journey Planner – a geographic map of our entire network
  • Timetable information at bus stops – over 70% of our bus stops have timetable information on them with more on the way
  • Customer Service Auditors and Inspectors – our Auditors and Inspectors travel across the network and are always happy to help
  • Bus stop notices – we display details about temporary changes to routes at our bus stops.
  • On buses – look out for the latest news
  • TextTrip – bus times and journey planning by text message
  • Triptimes - online journey planner
  • Traveline – 0870 608 2 608 – providing travel information across the county and UK
  • Big Wheel – joint initiatives from the City and Council councils
  • City Council leaflets – summary leaflets of key bus information – available from our Travel Centre
  • County Council Area Guides available from Nottinghamshire County Council
  • Local business/organisation websites and intranets – see if your business has information about our services on it or contact us if you would like to develop one
