The Disability Discrimination Act, 1995 requires that service providers like NCT must make reasonable attempts to provide information in more accessible formats.

Since Autumn 2003, NCT have been working closely with Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and other local and national agencies (such as the RNIB) to offer our information in different formats other than our standard printed leaflet.

NCT have successfully provided timetables in the following formats:

• Braille
• Large print
• Electronically – Excel and Word format

NCT recognises that we all have different preferences about how we access information and all timetables in alternative formats are produced on request to your chosen needs.

We are always open to investigate the possibility of providing information in other formats to those above, but advise that it can take up to 4 weeks to deliver some formats. However, once we have your details and preferred format, we will automatically issue you new timetables if there are any changes. (Please notify us if you do not wish to receive updates)
