If you've lost your card don't despair - you haven't necessarily lost everything.
Preferably report the loss in person at our Travel Centre on South Parade. We can cancel your card so that no one else can use it.

After 24 hours, if it hasn't turned up we can issue another one. The good news is that we will give you the same number of days that were on your card when you reported it lost. The bad news is that we will charge £2 for the replacement. This reflects the cost of the card itself and the printing of a new photograph. (We don't pass on the full cost of new cards to customers).
