Our Lost Property Office is open:-
0830 - 1800 Monday
0830 - 1730 Tuesday to Friday
0830 - 1500 Saturday

plus 0800 to 1900 for telephone enquiries, Mondays to Saturdays and 0900 to 1700 Sundays

If you think that you have lost something on a bus, please e-mail us and we will be happy to check for you and let you know whether we (think) we have it.  Be sure to give a detailed description of the article as at any time we can have a large number of very similar items (especially brollies!). Alternatively, you can phone us on 0115 - 950 60 70 or call in at our Travel Centre on South Parade in the Old Market Square.

 

Lost items are handed in by our drivers when they finish their shifts, they are then logged and stored at our Travel Centre for one month. During this time the items can be collected from our Travel Centre. If for some reason the items remain unclaimed we will donate all lost property over one month old to Leukaemia research to raise much needed funds in their charity shops.

Please describe the lost item in as much detail as possible, when you lost it - day and date, the route number of the bus you were on (if possible) your name and address if this was contained in the lost item e.g. a wallet or filofax.
