NCT are launching a new customer initiative to ensure that passengers always have up to date information about their service - the NCT e-rider club.
NCT passengers can join the e-rider club from 18 th November to receive NCT service information and updates by e-mail. All members of the e-rider club will enjoy:
- Regular electronic updates about their service
- Automatic entry into a free monthly travel prize draw
- Special e-mail address for all members
In addition all subscribers enrolling before the end of the year also receive, a free NCT easyrider anytime card with 1 day's free travel on the NCT network.
Mark Fowles, MD for NCT, commented, “We are very excited about this new method of communication with our customers, it is very difficult to reach all our passengers when we provide over 50 million journeys per annum. Recent research revealed that over 60% of our Go2 passengers have internet access, we believe that this electronic media is an ideal way to update them about their service and the NCT network”
Since the NCT e rider club is being launched on the same day as the Children in Need appeal, NCT will donate 10p per subscriber on 18 th November 2005 to this worthwhile appeal.
