Normal Routes…
On the main NCT network, normal timetables will be operating with extra buses running at busy times.
For families travelling to the Fair, the NCT Group Rider ticket at £5 is excellent value and can reduce the cost of a return trip to Goose Fair by up to 47%. The Group Rider ticket, which is bought from the driver, allows unlimited travel all day in the City Area for up to 5 people (minimum 1 adult, maximum 2 adults).
For individual adults, the NCT CityRider ticket at £2.30 covers the cost of a return trip to the Fair, as well as unlimited all day travel on NCT buses and NET. The 21.45 child ticket restriction will also be removed on Wednesday to Saturday inclusive.
For passengers arriving in the City Centre by bus from areas not served by a direct bus route past the Goose Fair Site, Nottingham’s tram will be running frequently from the Old Market Square stop on all days of the Fair. Tickets for the Goose Fair journeys can be purchased in advance from the NCT Travel Centre, at the back of the Old Market Square tram stop.
