The Nottingham City Transport Travel Centre will be opening earlier every day from Monday 5 September in response to customer demand.
Customers will be able to purchase and renew their Easyrider cards, at the Travel Centre before starting work at 9.00 am now, as the new opening time Monday to Saturday is now 8.30 am. NCT have run a 3 month trial opening at this new time every Monday and have found it to be an extremely popular time for many customers, hence the extension of this time across the week.
Dennise Rothwell, NCT Travel Centre Manager, stated “Customers really like this time and pop in to sort out their travel arrangements before they start work, it has been a really successful trial and I am sure other days will be equally as busy.”
The NCT Travel Centre new opening hours from 5 September 2005 are as follows:

The Travel Centre supplies all NCT passenger needs with a full range of timetables available, plus route planning advice. It also sells and renews the very popular Easyrider smart pre-purchased travel cards as well as issuing the Nottingham City Council concessionary passes.

Easyrider City – Unlimited all day travel from less than £1 per day, a consecutive days travel card for the regular user (Easyrider <16 is the young persons equivalent)
Easyrider Anytime - Unlimited all day travel from less than £2.05 per day, a pay as you go option for the occasional traveller.
