NCT have been informed that following a mass meeting this morning, that drivers have voted to take the company's latest pay offer to a ballot of all members.
The ballot will take place during the course of the next few weeks.
Until the outcome of that ballot is known further strike action has been suspended. In response to this, NCT have immediately lifted the additional overtime ban for drivers.
The management at NCT are very pleased with the outcome of the meeting, normal NCT services will resume operation from Sunday 11th June 2006.
No further statements will be issued until further discussions between NCT and TGWU have taken place next week.
