Nottingham’s Goose Fair is back again from Wednesday 4 October to Sunday 8 October, and getting there by bus couldn’t be easier.
Regular city buses travelling along Mansfield Road will stop at Forest Gate, next to the entrance to the fair, and extra buses will run on Sunday as follows:
Brown line 15, 16, 17 from Milton Street opposite John Lewis
Lime line 56, 57, 58, 59 from Parliament Street
Yellow line 69, 70, 71, 72 from Milton Street opposite the Clock Tower
Purple Line 87, 88, 89 from Parliament Street
Normal bus fares will apply, and there is a special price for the NCT grouprider (up to 2 adults & 3 children- 1 adult must travel) during Goosefair of £3.00
The Queen’s Drive bus Park and Ride service (number 306) will provide regular shuttle runs to the fairground.
The cost is only £4 per car. The service is available during the following times:
Wednesday 5.30pm until 11.00pm
Thursday 2.00pm until 11.00pm
Friday 2.00pm until 11.30pm
Saturday 11.00am until 11.00pm
Sunday from 11.00am until 6.00pm
