As the City Council’s Turning Point project continues, some further bus stop changes will be introduced from Sunday 9th April 2006. Most of these changes are temporary alterations, whilst improvements are made to pavements, kerbs and bus stops.
The stop changes include:
• Lilac Line 23, 23A, 24, 25, 27 to Bakersfield and Carlton will temporarily move along Parliament Street, using stops PD and PE which are situated opposite the Nottingham Building Society
• Orange Line 35, 36, 37, 38 to Derby Road and QMC will revert back to their normal bus stops at the Victoria Centre on Milton Street (outside John Lewis Department store)
• Red Go2 44 and Pathfinder 100 will temporarily move further along Parliament Street, stopping outside Argos Superstore
• Purple Line 87, 88, 89 to Bestwood Park and Rise Park will be temporarily relocated from Parliament Street to Burton Street (opposite the Guildhall)
Nottingham City Council will be distributing information at bus stops on the run up to the latest changes and leaflets will also be available from the NCT Travel Centre in the Old Market Square. Regular updates about services are available on the NCT website or by calling 0115 950 60 70.
