From the start of service on Monday 12 February 2007, the route for service 34 will alter exiting University Park following passenger comments.
Buses will operate the current route to the Portland Hill East Drive stop (UN37) but then exit the site via the South Entrance, left onto Beeston Road , left onto Clifton Boulevard slip road to resume the existing route to the City Centre.
Service 34 will no longer call at stops UN38 or UN39 on Science Road, but will call at all bus stops on the new route:
· UN34 Arts Centre
· UN04 Uni South Entrance
· UN05 Lace Street
· QM01 Dunkirk
The revised route will improve access for students to their residential areas in Dunkirk and passengers from the City towards University Park should be allowed to remain on the bus until Dunkirk, stop QM01 without additional payment.
