'City Area' Where are the boundaries?

City Area diagramThe City Area diagram shows the boundary points for the use of easyrider city, easyrider <18 and easyrider anytime* cards.
It is also the boundary points for City Rider and Group Rider tickets.

If you are using one of the tickets or passes mentioned above and you wish to travel further than the boundary point, we will ask you to pay the additional fare from that point.
e.g. If you are travelling on a service 1 to Loughborough, this is outside the City Area shown, your pass or ticket is valid up to Clifton Pastures, from this point onwards you will have to purchase a valid ticket to Loughborough.

Passengers travelling beyond the City boundaries on a regular basis may benefit from easyrider farecard, which can save you up to 10% on all journeys beyond the City Area.

A selection of services extend beyond the City Area. These services are operated by Pathfinder and South Notts. These services (including where they extend beyond the City Area, shown in brackets) are:
Service 1 – to Loughborough (from Clifton Pastures to Loughborough)
Service 90 – Newark (from the Bridge at Gamston to Newark)
Service 100 – Southwell (from Linden Grove, Carlton-le-Willows to Southwell & Newark)

* The entire tram route is included in the City Area (although easyrider anytime is not yet valid on the trams). Easyrider anytime is valid on the buses up to the Bulwell City Boundary.
