Welcome to the new, vastly improved West Bridgford network, known as Bridgford Bus.
This new network has been designed using your responses to our marketing research earlier this year and in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council, who are fully supporting the package.
The Map Below shows Bus Services across West Bridgford: |

 |
Your new network has the following features:
- A bus every 5 minutes between Central Avenue and the City on Monday to Saturday daytimes
- Better frequencies – up to every 15 minutes during the day
- More evening and weekend buses – ideal for a night out or weekend trip to the shops
- New, low floor accessible buses – giving easier access on and off the bus with space for pushchairs and wheelchairs
- Improved local travel opportunities – including Rushcliffe Leisure Centre, Morrisons and ASDA

Nottinghamshire County Council is investing in the new network to help complete the introduction
of low floor buses across West Bridgford. The Council’s funding has also helped to improve the
frequency of services offering more travel options for local residents.
In addition to this the Council has installed new bus stop poles and timetable cases at all stops to
improve the availability of customer information. A programme of work is underway to provide
raised kerbs at all stops to make getting on and off the new low floor buses easier.
