Service 90 Transfer - Further Information and Arrangements for Farecard

NCT will cease to operate services 90 and 90A between Nottingham and Newark at the end of service on Saturday 20th September 2008. From Sunday 21st September 2008, the service will be operated by Marshalls of Sutton-on-Trent, with some minor changes to the timetable:

Following further discussions, Easyrider Farecard (and all other Easyrider cards) will not be valid on the Marshalls service, but it is believed that a “10 Journey Ticket” will be introduced as a replacement. Please contact Marshalls directly for further details on 01636 821138 or by e-mail at info@marshallscoaches.co.uk

NCT is offering a refund on the outstanding value on all Easyrider cards, or you may choose to donate your remaining credit to a Newark-based charity, Sue’s Place who are a Newark and Notts Child Bereavement and Loss Centre. We are writing to all Easyrider card holders, using their registered address, explaining the process for obtaining a refund or donating to charity. Please be advised that refunds will be paid by cheque from NCT Head Office and posted to you and cannot be made by the bus driver or our Travel Centre.

Cards may be returned for a refund up to 1 year from the date of transfer and we recommend that you manage your credit top-ups carefully on the run up to the transfer. Nottingham City Transport would like to thank you for your support and loyalty over the past eleven years.
