The Travel Centre is open 6 days a week:
- 08:00–18:00 on Mondays
- 08:00–17:30 on Tuesdays to Fridays
- 09:00–15:30 on Saturdays
The Call Centre is open 7 days a week:
- 08:00–19:00 on Mondays to Saturdays
- 09:00–17:00 on Sundays
