Survey Results Reflect Increase in Passenger Numbers for Nottingham City Transport
Customers’ overall satisfaction with Nottingham City Transport has increased from 71% to 80% in the space of two years. That’s just one of the improvements listed in the results of NCT’s latest customer satisfaction survey, and is a key indication of passenger numbers increasing by 2% in the last 12 months.
