EasyRider City EasyRider Anytime
EasyRider <18 EasyRider Farecard

 

EasyRider City
1. easyrider city is an electronic smart card issued by Nottingham City Transport Ltd (the Company) for travel on its vehicles and NET services. It remains at all times the property of the Company and must be surrendered to an authorised representative of the Company on demand. Any use of easyrider city is subject to the rules as set out below as may be amended from time to time.

2. easyrider city is not a cheque guarantee or credit or debit card.

3. Passengers using easyrider city are subject to the Company's normal Regulations. Copies are available from the Travel Centre.

4. An easyrider city card showing a photograph of the holder may only be used by the holder and is not transferable. If use is attempted by a person other than the holder, the card will be forfeited, and the user and any person party to such use will be liable to prosecution.

5. The photograph must be at all times a true likeness of the holder. In the event of a change of appearance of the holder, the Company reserves the right to request the holder to obtain a new easyrider city card and pay the appropriate fee. Your photograph must show your full head with nothing covering your face.

6. The easyrider city card must be produced for inspection when required by an authorised representative of the Company. If it cannot be produced or is in anyway invalid, the fare for the journey being taken must be paid for without right of refund. A card which is damaged, defaced, altered or subject to misuse is not valid and is liable to forfeiture.

7. If an easyrider city card is stolen, lost, damaged or otherwise unusable the holder shall notify the Company as soon as reasonably practicable. On receipt of this notification the Company will invalidate the card at the earliest practicable opportunity and in any case within three working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). The Company cannot prevent the unauthorised use of the card until the invalidation becomes effective on the card. Any value restored to a replacement card will not exceed the value on the replaced card at the time it becomes invalidated. A damaged or unusable card must be returned to the Company as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. An easyrider city card as a period pass is valid for use on the Company's local services and NET in the 'City Area' - as defined by the Company at any point in time. A supplementary charge may be payable on certain services to travel beyond the boundary.

9. The holder should notify the Company in writing of any changes to the details provided from when the easyrider city was issued.

10. easyrider city users do not have priority over any other passenger.

11. The Company reserves the right not to issue, renew or add value to an easyrider city card without stating a reason.

12. The Company does not undertake to refund or replace any easyrider city card which maybe lost or stolen, unused (including partially unused) or forfeited, but may do at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to deduct an administrative charge from the value remaining and to charge a registration fee for any replacement card.

13. The Company reserves the right to charge a registration fee for any replacement easyrider city card when a new one is issued. This is not refundable.

14. The Company may from time to time contact the holder with offers of goods and services from the Company. First time easyrider city card applicants may apply to be removed from the promotional list. Alternatively please inform the Company in writing, to the Company's registered office. EasyRider <18
1. easyrider<18 is an electronic smart card issued by Nottingham City Transport Ltd (the Company) for travel on its vehicles and NET services. It remains at all times the property of the Company and must be surrendered to an authorised representative of the Company on demand. 10. easyrider<18 cards are only available to people under 18 years of age. Proof of age must be provided when purchasing your easyrider<18 card.

12. easyrider<18 users do not have priority over any other passenger.

13. The Company reserves the right not to issue, renew or add value to an easyrider<18 card without stating a reason.

14. The Company does not undertake to refund or replace any easyrider<18 card which maybe lost or stolen, unused (including partially unused) or forfeited, but may do at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to deduct an administrative charge from the value remaining and to charge a registration fee for any replacement card.

15. The Company reserves the right to charge a registration fee for any replacement easyrider<18 card when a new one is issued. This is not refundable.

16. The Company may from time to time contact the holder with offers of goods and services from the Company. First time easyrider<18 card applicants may apply to be removed from the promotional list. EasyRider Farecard
1. easyrider farecard is an electronic smart card issued by Nottingham City Transport Ltd (the Company) for travel on its vehicles. It remains at all times the property of the Company and must be surrendered to an authorised representative of the Company on demand. Any use of easyrider anytime is subject to the rules as set out below as may be amended from time to time.

2. easyrider farecard is not a cheque guarantee or credit or debit card.

3. Passengers using easyrider farecard are subject to the Company's normal Regulations. Copies are available from the Travel Centre.

4. The easyrider farecard card must be produced for inspection when required by an authorised representative of the Company. If it cannot be produced or is in anyway invalid, the fare for the journey being taken must be paid for without right of refund.

9. easyrider farecard users do not have priority over any other passenger.

10. The Company reserves the right not to issue, renew or add value to an easyrider farecard card without stating a reason.
