Following the handover of the tram to a new operator, we need to replace many existing Easyrider Citycards.

Unfortunately for customers who renew their consecutive days card online, this means that you will either have to:
- Visit the NCT Travel Centre with your current card and we’ll issue you a brand new card and transfer the travel over
- Call us on 0115 950 60 70 or e-mail travelcentre@nctx.co.uk and we’ll send you a new blank card through the post, which you can renew online next time but at least 7 working days in advance
We are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause and appreciate your understanding.
Customers with Anytime cards or Extra cards need not take any action and can continue using their cards as normal.
