The discounted pass is available for purchase until Friday 28th February 2025 only via the NCTX Buses App. The pass can be found in the "Academic Year Tickets" tab within Mobile Tickets.

To qualify for student discount, students must present (at the time of purchase) a valid photo ID issued by their University that shows a course expiry date. NUS Extra, ISIC and TOTUM cards are not accepted. Travel can only be purchased for periods of travel that do not exceed the expiry date shown on the Student ID.
Buy the pass on our NCTX Buses app, where you can upload your proof of age, which can include a passport, driving licence or any other valid ID under the PASS scheme. Once purchased, click on 'Get Verified' where you’ll be asked to upload a selfie and then how you would like to verify your account. We strongly recommend you select online verification which will trigger an email inviting you to upload your proof of entitlement. Your account is usually verified within 24 hours.
Any application for a refund must be made within 12 months of the purchase date of the ticket or pass, except in the case of special academic products, which must be made by 31st March within the Academic Year of purchase.
