Signing up for Direct Debit is currently unavailable.

Customers who have cancelled their Direct Debit since 1st March 2020 will be able to pay £55 per month for their travel, compared to the normal £58 price. When calling, please advise that you were a Direct Debit customer and the agent will check your card history.

Paying by Direct Debit takes away the hassle of topping up your Easyrider every month because we top up your card for you!

  • Adult – £55.00
  • Under 19 – £32.50

When are payments taken?

You can choose one of four payment days: 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of the month. If you choose a payment day which is less than 15 days away, your first payment will be moved on to the next month.

I already have travel on my card, what happens to it? 

When applying for Direct Debit, we look at how many days you have on your Easyrider card and the date of your first payment. Depending on how many days remain, you will have to:

  • do nothing as our system will adjust the rate of your payment to add on or deduct days to ensure continual travel from your existing expiry date to starting Direct Debit payments
  • top up your Easyrider card to take you to the first Direct Debit payment date

You will be advised what you have to do at the end of the Direct Debit sign-up process.

Is there a cheaper way to pay?

Yes, if you renew for 12 months in one go at our Travel Centre or online, it’s £570 for unlimited travel for the year for an Adult and £293 for an Under 19.

How do I apply?

Signing up for Direct Debit is currently unavailable due to the uncertainty of travel during the ongoing COVID situation. This is due to the logistics and time taken setting up, cancelling and refunding Direct Debits, which are not as flexible as our other payment options.
