Nottingham Winter Wonderland: The heart of Nottingham comes alive as the Winter Wonderland opens from November 7th 2023 until New Year's Eve. This year's event is better than ever, featuring an Ice Rink, Sky Skate ice path, Ice Bar, Sur La Piste, Altitude ski bars, and more. Hop on any NCT bus towards the City Centre and head to the Old Market Square. 

Christmas Market at Nottingham Castle: Experience the festive spirit at It's In Nottingham Christmas Market at Nottingham Castle on the 25th and 26th November 2023. This family-friendly event offers a variety of amazing gifts, beautiful decorations, and tasty treats. The entrance fee of £1 includes access to the Castle. Hop on any NCT bus towards City Centre and head to the Castle grounds. 

Ruddington Village Christmas Market: From November 30th to December 2nd 2023, the village of Ruddington transforms into a magical Christmas Market. Festive stalls, music, and twinkling lights create a charming atmosphere. Inside the market, you'll find well-lit and spacious marquees for comfortable shopping, as well as street food, festive drinks, and a vintage fairground outside. To get there, just hop on the Green 10 to Ruddington.

Christmas at Wollaton: Step into a world of wonder as Christmas at Wollaton returns from December 1st, 2023, to January 1st, 2024, with a brand new trail and a contemporary twist. Expect over ten new installations, festive food, warming cocktails, and picture-perfect moments at Wollaton Hall. Nottingham City Residents can enjoy a 10% saving on selected time slots. To visit this seasonal classic with a twist, travel with NCT on Pink 30 and take a stroll through the new light trail full of surprises around every corner.

Cinderella at Nottingham Playhouse: Polish your glass slippers and line up your pumpkins for you SHALL go to the Ball. Nottingham Playhouse's legendary Panto returns from 1st December 2023 until 13th January 2024 with the most enchanting story of them all – the magical tale of Cinderella! Attendees of Nottingham Playhouse productions are eligible for a 15% discount on adult and group day tickets, purchasable through the NCTX Buses mobile app.

What is Grouprider?

Grouprider offers unlimited travel for families and couples travelling together at prices cheaper than buying individual day tickets.

Grouprider covers up to 5 people, where there has to be at least 1 adult (aged 19 or over) and no more than two adults. A Grouprider can be used by 2 adults travelling together without any children too. 

How much is Grouprider?

• Grouprider: £8 all day, every day for unlimited travel in the City Zone
• Network Grouprider: £12 all day, every day for unlimited travel across all NCT services in the City Zone and Outer Zone, including Loughborough, East Leake, Burton Joyce, Lambley, Woodborough and Southwell
