National Walking Month.

May is National Walking Month and there are plenty of great parks and countryside to enjoy that are easy to reach by bus with NCT.

Walking is an easy way to improve physical and mental health and a 20 minute walk can reduce the risk of several preventable health conditions, such as depression, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.

Embark on an unforgettable journey through Nottingham with our colourful bus routes, each leading you to a unique adventure. Join in on our Ride the Rainbow campaign as we take you on a colourful journey through the city’s most captivating and exciting destinations. You can also browse our TikTok for inspiration.

Additionally, our Bus Detective series is a great way to get out and about with a friend or the family. Follow the clue trail and learn more about an area of Nottingham, whilst taking in parks, gardens and open space.
