New Bus Stops in Broadmarsh Area

4 months ago Mon 27th Jul 2020

The redevelopment of the Broadmarsh area continues and will drastically improve the City Centre once completed and improve service reliability as some roads are prioritised for buses.

This includes more pedestrian friendly areas, a new Broadmarsh Bus Station, Central Library, Nottingham Castle visitor experience and Nottingham College City Hub.

As part of this redevelopment, roads around Broadmarsh will change from Sunday 9th August 2020.

This will see Collin Street pedestrianised and Canal Street, between Middle Hill and Greyfriar Gate, become a two-way restricted area for buses and wheelchair accessible taxis.

The routes and bus stops for the following services will change:

  • Navy 1, 3, 4, 48, 49
  • Green 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
  • Orange 34
  • Grey 50
  • Turquoise 77, 78, 79
