Here's a summary of how bus services are operating during the Christmas and New Year period:
Regular Services
- Normal timetables will operate up to and including Wednesday 23rd December 2026
- Christmas Eve, Thursday 24th December 2026: Saturday timetable except on Navy 49 which will operate a normal Monday to Friday timetable. There will be an early finish with last buses by 20:00 - see below for last bus times.
- Christmas Day, Friday 25th December 2026: No service
- Boxing Day, Saturday 26th December 2026: No service
- Sunday 27th December 2026: Normal Sunday timetable
- Bank Holiday Monday, 28th December 2026: Sunday timetable, with Navy 49X to Boots will operating its Saturday timetable, based on core shift times.
- Tuesday 29th December 2026: Saturday timetable except on Navy 49 which will operate a normal Monday to Friday timetable.
- Wednesday 30th December 2026: Saturday timetable except on Navy 49 which will operate a normal Monday to Friday timetable.
- New Year’s Eve, Thursday 31st December 2026: Saturday timetable except on Navy 49 which will operate a normal Monday to Friday timetable. There will be an early finish with last buses by 20:00 - see below for last bus times.
- New Year’s Day, Friday 1st January 2027: No service
- Saturday 2nd January 2027: Normal timetables resume
