Easyrider Smartcards

Online and telephone top ups take up to 48 hours to be ready to activate.

On Bank Holiday weekends, please ensure you top up your Easyrider by 16:00 on the Saturday to ensure your card remains available to use over and immediately after the Bank Holiday weekend.

Any online top ups made after 16:00 on Saturday until end of the Bank Holiday Monday inclusive will not be processed until the Tuesday.

Use the NCTX Buses app to buy tickets, which are available to activate immediately after purchase.
