Easter 2025 Bus Service and Travel Centre Information

Over the Easter weekend (18th April - 21st April 2025), there are changes to our bus service levels and opening hours of the Call Centre and Travel Centre.

Buses

• Normal timetables up to and including Thursday 17th April 2025
• Good Friday (18th April) - a Saturday timetable will operate on all services, except Navy 49/X which will run to their normal weekday times
• Saturday 19th April - a normal Saturday timetable will operate
• Easter Sunday (20th April) - a normal Sunday timetable will operate
• Easter Monday (21st April) - a Sunday timetable will operate on all services, except 49X to Boots, which will operate its Saturday timetable, based on core shift times.
• Tuesday 22nd April - normal timetables resume

Concessionary Passes

Concessionary passes will be valid before 09:30 and after 23:00 on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Travel Centre

• Normal weekday opening hours (09:00 - 17:00) up to and including Thursday 17th April 2025
• Good Friday (18th April) -  open 10:00 - 15:30
• Saturday 19th April - Closed
• Easter Sunday (20th April) - Closed
• Easter Monday (21st April) - Closed
• Tuesday 22nd April - normal weekday opening hours (09:00 - 17:00) resume

Please top up your Easyrider travel card before 16:00 on Good Friday (18th April 2025) to ensure your card remains available to use over the Easter weekend. Any online top ups made between 16:00 on 18th April 2025 until end of Easter Monday inclusive will not be processed until Tuesday 22nd April, with the travel ready to activate from the 23rd April. Use the NCTX Buses App to buy tickets, which are available to activate immediately after purchase.
