This right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances. If the data we hold about you is required to be able to provide you with access to use our ‘services’ e.g. current use of a mobile phone ticketing account or Easyrider card or there is a legitimate and lawful requirement for us to process and store it, then the data cannot be deleted.
