Nottingham City Transport Satisfaction above National Average

Nottingham City Transport’s customer satisfaction scores in the latest independent Transport Focus national bus survey are once again above the national average.
Almost 50,000 passengers took part in the autumn 2018 Bus Passenger Survey, with 88 per cent of passengers in England satisfied with their last bus journey.
NCT’s overall customer satisfaction score was 91%, with the survey assessing satisfaction for a wide range of aspects of bus travel including value for money, the bus stop, waiting for the bus, features and comfort on the bus, bus cleanliness and the bus driver.
Nottingham City Transport also scored above average in other key areas, including:
- Punctuality – NCT scored 84% compared to national average of 74% (lowest 60%)
- Value for money – NCT scored 79% compared to national average of 64% (lowest 44%)
- Greeting offered by the driver – NCT scored 85% compared to national average of 76%
There were improvements in customer satisfaction with the greeting and welcome by the driver, the time they gave customers to reach their seats as well as their driving standards.
