NCT’s overall customer satisfaction score was 91%, with the survey assessing satisfaction for a wide range of aspects of bus travel including value for money, the bus stop, waiting for the bus, features and comfort on the bus, bus cleanliness and the bus driver.

Nottingham City Transport also scored above average in other key areas, including:

  • Punctuality – NCT scored 84% compared to national average of 74% (lowest 60%)
  • Value for money – NCT scored 79% compared to national average of 64% (lowest 44%)
  • Greeting offered by the driver – NCT scored 85% compared to national average of 76%
