Statement on Bus Fire, 1st September 2026

On Tuesday 1st September, one of our bio-gas buses operating on Sky Blue Line 60 caught fire on Woodborough Road. The driver and all passengers were safely evacuated, and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service were promptly called and attended.

There are no reported casualties. 

Our team attended the scene immediately following the incident. We are working closely with all relevant agencies to determine the cause of the fire. 

Our thoughts are with all affected and we thank our driver for their quick response.
