May Bank Holidays 2025

Here's how we're running over the May Bank Holiday weekends:

Bus Services

A normal timetable will operate on all days, except on Bank Holiday Mondays 5th and 26th May 2025 when a Sunday timetable will run on all services.

Navy 49X to Boots will operate as follows:

• From City at 05:30, 08:11 and 13:15
• From Boots Site at 06:13, 14:13, 17:18 and 22:13.

Concessionary Passes

• Concessionary passes will be valid all day on Bank Holiday Mondays 5th and 26th May 2025. Normal validities apply on all other days.

Travel Centre and Call Centre

• Normal opening hours apply on all days, except on Bank Holiday Mondays 5th and 26th May 2025 when the Travel Centre and Call Centre are closed.

On Bank Holiday weekends, please ensure you top up your Easyrider by 15:00 on the Saturday to ensure your card remains available to use over and immediately after the Bank Holiday weekend. Any online top ups made after 15:00 on Saturday until end of the Bank Holiday Monday inclusive will not be processed until the Tuesday. Use the NCTX Buses app to buy tickets, which are available to activate immediately after purchase.
