Orange 35 towards Bulwell: Buses will serve Strelley ASDA as normal. At the junction of Bradfield Road, buses will continue straight on Strelley Road, left Broxtowe Lane to normal route from the junction of Coleby Road
Orange 35 towards Strelley/City: Buses will be normal route along Broxtowe lane to the junction of Coleby Road. Buses will then carry straight on Broxtowe Lane and right into Strelley Road and normal route from Strelley ASDA.
Turquoise 78 to Strelley: Buses will be normal route to the top of Sherborne Road, buses will then turn left onto Broxtowe Lane, right Strelley Road, right Moor Road and right onto Flamsteed Road.
Turquoise 78 towards City will depart the Flamsteed Road terminus, buses will then turn right onto Helston Drive, left Strelley Road, left Broxtowe Lane and right into Sherborne and normal route.
Evening closure of Shelford Road

Resurfacing works are taking place on Shelford Road each weeknight from 1st June until 12th June (20:00-06:00)
During these times, Red 44/A will terminate inside the Chase Farm Development at Harviston Avenue and will be unable to serve stops on Shelford Road or Wollaton Avenue.
Sky Blue 60 will terminate on Holyoake Road and will be unable to serve Shelford Road or Chase Farm.
There are no works taking place over the weekend of 6th/7th June.
Closure of Morley Road

Morley Road is closed at the Porchester Road junction for roadworks until 17:00 on 12th June 2026.
Blue 39 to Carlton Valley will follow normal route to Porchester Road then divert right Forester Road, left Standhill Road, right Foxhill Road West to resume normal route from the Ernest Road junction.
During this diversion, Forester Road and Foxhill Road West will be designated as "hail & ride" - please signal the driver in a safe place and give sufficient time to stop by pressing the bell in good time.
The stops listed are not being served.

Due to continuing works, the A52 Derby Road and both Priory and QMC Islands are to be closed to all traffic in both directions.
On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd June (20:00-06:00 each night), buses will operate as follows:
Orange 35/B away from the City will be normal route to the Faraday Road named bus stop. Buses will then turn right onto Triumph Road, left Wollaton Road, onto Russell Drive and then Trowell Road to Balloon Wood crossroads, where buses will resume normal route on Bilborough Road.
Orange 35 towards City will be normal route to Balloon Wood crossroads. Buses will then turn left onto Trowell Road, onto Russell Drive, Wollaton Road, turning right onto Triumph Road and left onto Derby Road and normal route.
***Service 35 cannot serve QMC stops in both directions. Please use stops named Faraday Road.***
Orange 36 towards Chilwell will serve QMC as normal, buses will then turn left onto Clifton Boulevard, right Beeston Road, onto University Boulevard, left into Broadgate.
Orange 36 towards City will be normal route to Broadgate, where buses will then turn right onto University Boulevard, onto Beeston Road straight on at Dunkirk to Abbey Street, left onto Gregory Street and right onto Derby Road and normal route. ***Orange 36 cannot serve QMC stops or Hillside towards City, use stop named Faraday Road.***
Roadworks - Calverton

Footpath Works - Derby Road

These works will see the bus stops temporarily closed at times, with pedestrian marshals in place to direct people.

City Centre - King Street

Lilac 24, 25/B, 26/A, 27 and N26 cannot serve their King Street stop because of scaffolding.
These buses will drop off at their Victoria Centre stop, near the bottom of George Street.
Buses will then pick up from their Victoria Centre stop, coded V3 or V4 near Boots.
Roadworks - Melton Road

Newark Bus Station

Roadworks - Nuthall Road
Footpath improvement works are taking place on Nuthall Road between Western Boulevard and Melbourne Road.
During these works, which will take place on weekdays only during the daytime, there may be lane closures and temporary stop closures.
City Hospital

Linden Way is closed to all traffic from start of service on Monday 8th December.
This will affect the Blue 40 and 40X.
Blue 40 to Edwards Lane Estate will follow normal route along South Road and will then continue along South Road to exit the City Hospital Campus through Gate 5. Buses will turn left on to Edwards Lane and resume normal route to Edwards Lane Estate.
Blue 40X to City Hospital will follow normal route to Edwards Lane, but continue further along Edwards Lane and enter the City Hospital through Gate 4 to resume normal route from the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road.
Blue 40 to City will follow normal route to Edwards Lane, but enter the City Hospital Campus through Gate 4, where they will resume normal route from the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road.
Blue 40X to City will resume normal route from the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road.

Orange 35 towards City will be normal route to Priory Island (end of Wollaton Vale). Buses will then continue straight on to Woodside Road, onto University Boulevard and Beeston Road. Buses will then turn left onto Clifton Boulevard, right onto Derby Road and normal route from QMC Main Entrance.
Orange 36 towards City will be normal route to Broadgate, where buses will then turn right onto University Boulevard and Beeston Road. Buses will then turn left onto Clifton Boulevard, right onto Derby Road and normal route from QMC Main Entrance.
Passengers wanting to travel to the City on Woodside Road should cross over to catch the diverted 35, or use Broadgate.

On Saturday 6th June and Sunday 7th June, between 08:00-17:00 each day, Melbourne Road is is to be resurfaced at the junction of Hilcot Drive. Turquoise 78 will divert as follows:
Buses towards Strelley will be normal route to Nuthall Road/Western Boulevard. Buses will then turn left onto Western Boulevard, right Aspley Lane, right Amersham Rise and right Minver Crescent to normal route.
Buses towards City will be normal route to Minver Crescent. At the junction of Hilcot, buses will carry straight on Minver Crescent, left Amersham Rise, left Aspley Lane and right onto Alfreton Road/Bobbers Mill Bridge to normal route.
Overnight Closure of Beeston Interchange
