City Centre
Demolition works on Maid Marian Way continue and the City Centre and surrounding roads have become severely congested.
All services are experiencing severe delays and short notice cancellations.

Football
Nottingham Forest play at home on Saturday 7th November with kick off at 17:30.
There will be delays on Navy and Green lines, plus Pathfinder 90 as fans make their way to and from the match.
Closure of Nuthall Road
- Affected stops:

Resurfacing works are taking place on Nuthall Road. Between 19:00-06:00 on the 6th and 7th November, Turquoise 78/79 will divert as follows:
Turquoise 78/79 towards City: Buses will be normal route to the junction of Western Boulevard. Buses will then turn right onto Western Boulevard, left Aspley Lane and right Bobbers Mill Bridge to normal route.
Turquoise 78/79 to Strelley, Bulwell, Arnold: Buses will be normal route.

Nottingham Road

Works are taking place on Nottingham Road, near Burton Joyce, which are delaying Pathfinder 26.

Nottingham Knight Works
Significant highway works are taking place at Nottingham Knight roundabout, with lane closures in place.
This is causing severe delays to all Navy, Green and Grey Line services, as well as Pathfinder 90 due to queuing and displaced traffic across the southern part of Nottingham.
Works at Wheatcroft roundabout and on Radcliffe Road are adding to these delays.
Abbey Road

Due to works on Abbey Road in West Bridgford, Green 12/C/E are remaining in Davies Road.
Roadworks - Radcliffe Road
There are daytime works (09:30-15:30) on Radcliffe Road at the Abbey Road junction. These may cause delays to Green 12 and Pathfinder 90.
Roadworks - Lady Bay

There are roadworks on Trent Boulevard, with the Seymour Road named stops closed in both directions.
Roadworks - Triumph Road

Buses to Wollaton will be normal route to Priory roundabout then continue Wollaton Vale to Hemlock Stone PH, left Bramcote Lane, right Rivergreen Crescent to resume normal route.
Maid Marian Way Demolition Works - Stop Changes

To keep buses moving during the current Maid Marian Way demolition works, we’re temporarily changing the City Centre bus stops for our Turquoise Line services.
These changes will be in place all day, every day until the works are complete and are designed to give certainty to customers about where these buses will stop. By avoiding the demolition area, the reliability of these services will improve.

Navy 1, 4, 48/A and Pathfinder 90 are not stopping on Maid Marian Way (stop M5) outside the old college for journeys towards City.
Red 45/B - the Maid Marian Way stop near The Salutation is closed. Please use stop coded M2 outside the Nottingham Lighting Centre.
Turquoise 77/C, 78/A/B, 79/B
From Canning Circus, these services will run along Talbot Street to NTU City Campus and then continue along Shakespeare Street and North Church Street to terminate alongside The Cornerhouse on Burton Street.
Buses to Strelley and Bulwell will begin from Burton Street, alongside The Cornerhouse (stop T7) and then exit the City using Upper Parliament Street as normal.
Buses will not serve their stops on Maid Marian Way, Broadmarsh, George Street, Fletcher Gate or Victoria Centre.
Stop Closed - Sneinton Hermitage

The Meadow Lane named stop, used by Red 44/A towards Gedling is closed as part of improvement works in the area.
Roadworks - Lowdham Roundabout

As part of the A6097/A614 improvement scheme, there will be works at Lowdham roundabout from 20th September 2026 for approx. 13 months.
These works are likely to cause delays to Pathfinder 26.
Some road closures will be required, and we are working with VIA and the contractors to minimise the impact these may have.
Roadworks - Derby Road

There are delays on service 18, Orange 34/C, 35/A/B and 36 and hopper 903 because of roadworks on Derby Road. The Triumph Road named stop towards City is closed.
Roadworks - Ilkeston Road
- Affected stops:

There are delays on Pink 28 and 30 because of roadworks on Ilkeston Road at the Triumph Road junction.
The Triumph Road named stop, used by buses towards City, is closed.
City Hospital

Linden Way is closed to all traffic until further notice, affecting Blue 40A.
Blue 40A to City Hospital will follow normal route to Edwards Lane, but continue further along Edwards Lane and enter the City Hospital through Gate 4 to terminate at the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road.
Blue 40A to City will start from the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road and resume normal route.

Remembrance Parades 2026
There are temporary route changes to the services listed on Remembrance Sunday, 8th November.
These Parades take place in Arnold, Bulwell, Calverton, East Leake, Gedling, Kegworth, Ruddington, Southwell and Bingham.

At 11am (on Sunday 8th and Wednesday 11th), our drivers will observe the 2 minutes silence and will, where safe to do so, park their buses and turn off their engines and we invite you to join them in national remembrance.

Carriageway resurfacing works are taking place on Oxclose Lane and Queens Bower Road. Between Monday 9th November and Saturday 21st November, each night 20:00-06:00, buses will divert as follows:
Turquoise 79 to Arnold: Buses will be normal route along Beckhampton Road. At the junction with Chippenham, buses will continue onto Edwards Lane, left Valley Road and left Mansfield Road to normal route from Cross Street.
Turquoise 79 to Bulwell/City: Buses will be normal route to the end of Cross Street. Buses wil;l then turn left onto Mansfield Road, right Valley Road, right Edwards Lane and onto Beckhampton Road and normal route.
Purple 87 to Arnold: Buses will be normal route to Five Ways. Buses will then turn right onto Valley Road and left Mansfield Road to normal route.
Purple 87 to City: Buses will be normal route along Mansfield Road. At the junction of Oxclose Lane, buses will continue on Mansfield Road, right Valley Road and left Edwards Lane to normal route.
Closure of Sneinton Hermitage

Works are taking place on Sneinton Hermitage that will require a diversion to Red 44 from 19:00 until the end of service on Thursday 12th November.
Buses will divert as follows:
Towards Netherfield: At the junction of Sneinton Hermitage., buses will continue on Manvers Street, over the bridge and left onto Daleside Road. Buses will then resume normal route from Racecourse Park and RIde.
Towards City: From Racecourse Park and Ride buses will continue on Daleside Road, turning right onto Manvers Street and normal route.
Passengers who would normally use Sneinton Hermitage or Colwick Road should make use of Red 43 on Sneinton Dale, or Daleside Road.
Closure of Colwick Crossings

Buses towards Gedling: At the junction of Sneinton Hermitage., buses will continue on Manvers Street, over the bridge and left onto Daleside Road. Buses will then resume normal route from Racecourse Park and Ride.
Buses towards City: From Racecourse Park and Ride buses will continue on Daleside Road, turning right onto Manvers Street and normal route.
Passengers who would normally use Sneinton Hermitage or Colwick Road should make use of Red 43 on Sneinton Dale, or the diverted 44/A along Daleside Road.
