    • Closure of Trent Boulevard

      13th Jul 2026 onwards

      Works are taking place on Trent Boulevard that will require a diversion to Green 11/C until 28th August.

      Buses will operate as follows:

      Green 11 to Lady Bay: At the junction of Trent Boulevard, buses will turn right and remain on Radcliffe Road, turning left onto Regatta Way and left on to Adbolton Lane, terminating at the turning circle.

      Green 11 to City: Buses will leave the turning circle and turn left on to Adbolton Lane, right Regatta Way and right Radcliffe Road to resume normal route.

      Green 11C to Water Sports Centre: At the junction of Trent Boulevard, buses will turn right and remain on Radcliffe Road, turning left onto Regatta Way and left on to Adbolton Lane to the turning circle. Buses will then return along Adbolton Lane to the Water Sports Centre.

      Green 11C to City Loop: Buses will depart the Water Sports Centre and follow normal route to the Adbolton Lane turning circle. Buses will leave the turning circle and turn left on to Adbolton Lane, right Regatta Way and right Radcliffe Road to resume normal route.

      Stops along Radcliffe Road will be served on diversion.

    via Hollygate Park, Cotgrave, Tollerton, Gamston, West Bridgford, Trent Bridge, Meadows, Railway Station. Some journeys serve Bingham, Upper Saxondale and Cropwell Butler

    • Closure of Wheatcroft Island and Gamston Island

      13th - 14th Jul 2026

      The A52 between Wheatcroft and Gamston Islands will be closed between 20:00-06:00 on the 9th, 10th and 13th July. During these times, Green 12/C will divert as follows:

      Green 12/C to Upper Saxondale/Cropwell Bishop: Buses will be normal route to Gamston Morrisons. Buses will then turn left onto Ambleside, right Radcliffe Road, onto the A52 to Stragglethorpe Road, right onto Main Road, right Plumtree Road, left onto Scrimshire Lane to resume normal route.

      Green 12/C to Nottingham: Buses will be normal route along Scrimshire Lane, buses will the turn right Plumtree Road, left Main Road and Stragglethorpe Road. Buses will then turn left onto the A52, left onto Ambleside and right into Morrisons at Gamston. Buses will then return along Ambleside to resume normal route.

      Pink 30 are diverting due to roadworks on Bramcote Lane in Wollaton.

      Towards Wollaton: buses will follow normal route along Wollaton Road, but at The Wheelhouse, will continue along Russell Drive and Trowell Road, left Wollaton Vale to Hemlock Stone, then right Bramcote Lane to resume normal route.

      Towards City: buses will depart Rosedale Drive terminus and follow normal route through Bramcote as far as Hemlock Stone, left Wollaton Vale, right Trowell Road and Russell Drive to resume normal route from The Wheelhouse on Wollaton Road.

      Stops outside Wollaton Park cannot be served - use stops near The Wheelhouse - or within Wollaton Village.

      Blue 40A to City Hospital will follow normal route to Edwards Lane, but continue further along Edwards Lane and enter the City Hospital through Gate 4 to terminate at the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road.

      Blue 40A to City will start from the Radiotherapy named stop on North Road and resume normal route.

      To enable carriageway resurfacing works, Arnold Lane is to be closed from 6th July until 15th July, between 20:00-06:00 inclusive.

      The following diversions will be in place

      Red 44 towards Gedling: Buses will be normal route to Westdale Lane. Buses will then turn left onto Westdale, right onto Holyoake, across onto Shelford, right onto Wollaton Avenue to the terminus.

      Red 44 towards City: Buses will depart Wollaton Avenue and turn left onto Shelford, across onto Holyoake Road, left Westdale Lane and right Gedling Road to normal route.

      Sky Blue 60 returned to normal route at 22:00.

      Towards Clifton: Buses will be normal route during this phase of works.
